DALLAS, Ga. — A new locally owned restaurant is drawing attention in downtown Dallas with a menu centered on smash burgers, handcrafted sandwiches and comfort food classics.
Dallas Grill on Main officially opened in May 2025 at 214 Main Street, adding another dining option to the growing restaurant scene in the heart of Paulding County.
The restaurant offers a clean, casual counter-service dining experience, focusing on fresh, made-to-order items like loaded smash burgers served on pretzel buns, along with sandwiches and rotating daily specials.
City officials say the opening represents another step in the continued revitalization of downtown Dallas, where leaders have been working to attract more locally owned businesses and dining options.
“We’re incredibly excited to welcome another local restaurant to our downtown,” downtown Main Street Manager Shannon Gordon said in a statement announcing the opening, noting residents have expressed a desire for unique dining experiences in the area.
Comfort food with a twist
Dallas Grill on Main specializes in classic comfort food but with creative twists. The menu features a lineup of smash burgers such as the Spicy Smashburger, Spicy Bacon Smashburger, and the Humpty Dumpty, which includes cheese, bacon and a fried egg.

- A three-cheese grilled cheese
- BLT sandwiches
- Rotating house-made soups served as a “soup flight” sampler
